1. Eligibility: The “Fist Pump Memory Book” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Payne Stewart Collection, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter: To enter, participants must submit their memories or photos of Payne Stewart on the Payne Stewart Collection website through the “Fist Pump Memory Book” section or on their personal social media platforms, tagging @PayneStewartCollection. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on Oct. 1, 2024 and ends on Oct. 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM (ET) (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.

4. Selection of Winners: Twenty-five winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Prizes: Twenty-five (25) winners will each receive a $200.00 gift certificate for use at the Payne Stewart Collection online store. The total value of all prizes is $5,000.00.

6. Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided or through their social media account within 60 days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions: By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

8. Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used in accordance with the Payne Stewart Collection’s Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability: By participating, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Payne Stewart Collection, Payne Stewart Enterprises, Payne Stewart Family Foundation and the Payne Stewart family, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liability, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

10. Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Payne Stewart Collection.

11. Governing Law: The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts of North Carolina.
